40+ Years of Experience
CAN-KOS SIDING is a professional exterior construction company serving Vancouver, British Columbia and surrounding areas.
Founded in 2010, the company is led by owner Naim Koca, whose career in the siding and exterior construction industry spans more than 40 years. That experience is reflected in every project — from material selection and preparation to installation and final finishing.
Our work can be found on residential properties throughout Vancouver, including some of the city's most prestigious neighbourhoods.
We believe quality is not simply about how an exterior looks on the day the project is completed. It is about proper preparation, precise installation, durable materials and attention to every detail.
Experience you can see in every detail.
Preparation. Precision. Finish.
Owner & Founder
More than 40 years of industry experience
For more than four decades, Naim Koca has worked in the exterior construction and siding industry. His experience began long before CAN-KOS SIDING entered the Canadian market in 2010.
Today, his knowledge, standards and attention to craftsmanship continue to guide every CAN-KOS SIDING project.
“Quality is in the details. When the work is done properly, the result speaks for itself.”
